Young Families at ATC

Young Families at ATC is dedicated to exploring Judaism on everyone’s level – especially our children. The concept of L’dor L’dor (generation to generation) is engrained in the Jewish spirit, as well as in our community.

Learning can come in all forms – art, dance, song, and of course, play. Join us as we come together as a community in which we can all grow and connect. Together, we celebrate holidays, shabbat, simchot, and pass on our traditions l’dor l’dor.

All are welcome.

Upcoming Events

It's hard to believe that Hanukkah is right around the corner. Ahavath Torah Congregation is thrilled to offer two free Hanukkah events to our Young Families.

Sunday, December 18, 2022 | 10am
Join our Religious School families as we enjoy latkes with applesauce, sufganyot, and sing in Hanukkah! We will be building a menorah (materials provided), and learning about the festival of lights. All are welcome. Check out our FaceBook Event

Thursday, December 22, 2022 | 6:00pm
Our Shul-wide Hanukkah party is not an event to miss! Dinner and dessert will be offered. Kids will have a wide array of activities to choose from, including a jumpy house. This is a great opportunity to meet members of our congregation. All are welcome.

We are also excited for our first Family Shabbat of 2023!

Friday, January 13, 2023 | 5:30pm
Family Shabbat is back! We will gather in the sanctuary for a short service tailored to ages 0-8 (but all ages are welcome) followed by a story. After the service we'll move into the social hall for a craft, dinner, dessert, and schmoozing. Check out our FaceBook Event!

Please use the form below to RSVP for either (or all!) of the events. We look forward to seeing you, and your family.
