Local Jewish Resources
Jewish life in and around the greater Boston area is full of enriching outlets for learning, socializing, and so much more. Here is a list that is by no means exhaustive, but should help start your Jewish journey.
Organizations/Publications
Jewish Boston: Your guide to everything happening in Boston's Jewish community— from events to articles on culture, parenting, holidays, food and more.
The Jewish Advocate: a Jewish newspaper founded in 1902. It is the oldest continually-circulated English-language Jewish newspaper in the United States.
Combined Jewish Philanthropies: CJP brings together the resources, volunteers, leadership and expertise in Greater Boston to care for people in need, advocate for Israel and ensure a vibrant Jewish future. They also support ATC.
Synagogue Council of Massachusetts: They build connections among individuals and communities to promote mutual understanding and respect for Jewish diversity, serve and strengthen congregations spanning the spectrum of Jewish belief and practice, and connect individuals to those congregations.
Hadassah of New England: Hadassah, the women's zionist organization, is the largest women's zionist membership organization in the United States. It inspires a passion for and a commitment to its partnership with the land and the People of Israel.

Life’s A Bagel, 29 Washington Street, Canton, is a kosher bagel shop located in Cobb Corner (a short drive from ATC).
A Perfect Taste, 530 Washington Street, Stoughton, is a kosher caterer.
Crescent Ridge Dairy Bar, 407 Bay Road Sharon, is a kosher ice cream store.
Rosenfeld's Bagels, 1280 Centre St, Newton, is a kosher bagel shop and bakery, which also sells challahs and various sweet treats.
Blacker's Bakeshop, 543 Commonwealth Avenue, Newton, is a kosher pareve bakery, which also sells challahs and various sweet treats.
The Kosher Wok, 423 Harvard Street, Brookline, is a kosher Chinese restaurant.
Rami’s, 324 Harvard Street, Brookline, serves falafel, shawarma, and other kosher Middle Eastern fare.
Vittorio's Grill, 1398 Beacon Street, Brookline, is a kosher mediterranean grill and kitchen.
The Butcherie, 428 Harvard St, Brookline, is a kosher grocery store.
Kupel's Bakery, 421 Harvard Street, Brookline, is a kosher bakery and dairy restaurant.
Note: Shaw's, 95 Washington Street, Canton, located in Cobb Corner, and Stop and Shop, 278 Washington Street, Stoughton, are two grocery stores that boast kosher bakeries and carry a wide selection of kosher products. The selection of kosher items at other local Shaw's and Stop and Shop grocery stores may vary.
