Lay Leadership
What is Lay-Leadership?
A "lay-leader" is a volunteer leader, not trained in ministry. One of the most wonderful aspects of Ahavath Torah Congregation is the role our members play as volunteers and lay leaders in both our governance and our programming. Congregants call upon one another to fulfill roles within our Shul.
